SXSW Film Festival 2014: ‘Veronica Mars’, ‘Neighbors’ And Manny Pacquiao Movie To Premiere In Austin, Texas, See Complete List Of Movies Here

SXSW Film Festival 2014: Veronica Mars Movie will debut in the South By Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas this week as the festival will last from March 7 up until March 15.

Kristen Bell will be starring her own show made into a movie this week. Her "Veronica Mars" movie is directed by Rob Thomas and will sort of be a continuation of the cancelled TV show after three seasons.

"I don't think my feelings are that different from the typical fan out there," says Thomas, "and this gives the fans a sense of completion that the cancellation denied them."

"I feel like a guinea pig for this whole new idea of how movies get made," Thomas tells The Hollywood Reporter. "I think people are looking to see what the epilogue is -- like it will all have been for nothing if we don't stick the landing, creatively and commercially."

Meanwhile, 'Neighbors' movie starring Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne that is "a comedy about a young couple suffering from arrested development who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby."

Today, March 8, will be the release of the new documentary about the Filipino boxer turned congressman, "The Fighting Pride Of The Philippines", entitled "Manny".

The stardom and fame of the Filipino boxer, the ups and downs of his career and life, his family, his life as a politician, a boxer, a celebrity, a father is set to be seen on screen during the festival.

The documentary has reported to be narrated by a close friend of the boxer, actor Liam Neeson and will be directed by Ryan Moore and an Academy Award Winner for "When We Were Kings", Leon Gast.
