Soyou and JungGiGo's “Some” Still #1 on Music Charts After 32 Days
SISTAR's Soyou and hip-hop vocalist JungGiGo demonstrated their power for the past 32 days.
Their collaboration, project single Some, has still remained #1 on six different music charts including Melon, Mnet, Naver Music, and Cyworld Music.
"Some" has risen to the top instantly upon release and have kept this trend for the past month.
Although new songs generally tend to push the old out of charts, this phenomenon has not been observed with "Some".
In addition to topping music charts, Soyou and JungGiGo has also swept 1st place trophies in various music programs as well.
Starting off with MBC Music's "Show! Champion", Soyou and JungGiGo received trophies in KBS "Music Bank", SBS "Inkigayo", and MBC "Music Core". They were also awarded the honor of placing #1 for 3 consecutive weeks on "Music Bank".
Meanwhile, Lyn's "Miss You... Crying" placed 1st on Bugs Music, Jung Eun Ji's "It's You" on Monkey3, and 2NE1's "CRUSH" on Daum Music.
