Everton vs. Cardiff City Live Stream: When And Where To Watch Barclays Premiere League 2014 Showdown

Everton will face off against rival Cardiff City on Sunday, placing two of the English Premier League's closely followed teams against each other.

Everton, coming out of a 1-0 loss to Chelsea, is expected to be the underdog in the match.

Everton Manager Roberto Martínez will not risk Phil Jagielka's long term fitness by rushing him back from his hamstring injury, Express reports.

"Phil is recovering well. Now it's a matter of assessing him day-by-day and seeing how quickly he can get back into playing," Martinez said, according to the site.

"Clearly it's important he is 100 per cent. I know he's a player who will at times put himself forward at only 90 per cent to help the team but with the amount of games we have - it's a nine-week period with 11 games - we need Phil and every player to be fully fit."

Cardiff City, coming out of a 3-1 victory over Fulham, is expected to be the favorite in the match.

Cardiff City Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær said Wigan Athletic revival can inspire Cardiff, BBC Sports reports.

"If we can get on the same kind of run we'll stay in the Premier League," Solskjaer said, according to the site.

"We know it will take everything we've got to get where we want."
