Yoon Jong Shin's MYSTIC89 to Combine with Han Chae Ah's Agency Family Actors
Producer Yoon Jong Shin's MYSTIC89 has combined with Family Actors on the 19th.
The two agencies decided to merge on the 11th after their August MOU. The merging of the two companies is expected to bring a synergy effect to boost their authority in the music, entertainment, and drama industries.
MYSTIC89's director Lee Hak Hee stated: "Both companies expanded rapidly after the MOU. We strengthened each other and filled in for each others' flaws. We decided that merging the two companies would bring a brighter future for both parties".
Family Actor's director Yang Byung Yong also agreed: "We decided to maintain an interdependent relationship - sometimes together and sometimes alone. We will try our best to make both agencies grow, producing quality content and marketing".
MYSTIC89 is signed with Yoon Jong Shin, Harim, Jo Jung Chi, Kim Yeon Woo, Park Ji Yoon, MC Park Ji Yoon, Lim Kim, Pure Kim, and Kim Jung Hwan.
Family Actors is signed with Han Chae Ah, Shin So Yul, Son Eun Suh, An Mi Na, etc.
The new corporate name will be "MYSTIC89 and Family".
