Singer Jo Sung Mo comes back on the 24th after a 4-year break.
His new mini album is titled Wind of Change. This mini album is his first after his last mini album Thank You, released on December 2010. Jo Sung Mo's ballads fill up the majority of the album.
In the revealed album cover, Jo Sung Mo is styled in black-and-white attire.
Poom Entertainment explained that the album covers tried to carry Jo Sung Mo's modern and chic style without embellishment.
Jo Sung Mo debuted with his first album To Heaven in 1998, making his title track an instant hit. Rising as the King of Ballad, Jo Sung Mo recorded 10 million album sales with hit songs "For Your Soul", "Do You Know" and "I Swear".
