YG Entertainment released the music video on April 15 via their official blog, online music websites, and YouTube.

The music video is meant to be a visual aid to the song's message; in other words, the chronological, coming-of-age story that unfolds during the video represents, to an extent, the meaning behind the lyrics of the track.

The plot goes like this: A boy, soon to become an adult, sets off on a journey. During this trip, he documents everything he sees with his vintage camera. All he sees, however, is pain and hardship. He realizes that the adults present in this world are all trying to make a living, but suffer because of it. It is a world of greed and self-interest. The boy's vision of life is clouded by darkness, especially after being beaten by an adult working at a club. All hope for human sensibility is lost until the end of the video, where our main protagonist is sheltered and fed by a rather distinct, outcast adult.

The entire music video was shot in Canada, casting local actors and actresses. Even though, unfortunately, the duo don't appear anywhere in the video, the message that they wanted to transmit has been successfully done so because of the accuracy of the acting and amazing cinematography.

"Melted" is a beautiful song, composed of a piano introduction, following a warm string section and a rhythmical guitar accompaniment. Later in the track we get to hear the strength of the duo's vocals, blending into a perfect harmony.

Akdong Musician also confirmed on April 14 that their third title track is "Give Love". Please keep your eyes peeled for the release of that music video!
