EXO continued to fan the flames of anticipation for the release of their newest album by delivering a stellar performance during the live stream event held by Samsung Music on April 15. Viewers were given the opportunity to see the premier of the dynamic music video, Overdose. The concept for the video slightly references the individual shots that were prominent within MAMA, with a dubstep introduction. Overdose is a strong hip hop song that will undoubtedly receive the same positive reaction as Growl. EXO has shown development beyond their vocals with the complexity of the Overdose choreography which incorporates the strengths of the entire group.

On April 16, SM Entertainment released an EXO concert footage reel which also serves as a teaser for their upcoming solo concert in Seoul. Although, EXO has participated in concert events such as SMTOWN Week, the upcoming EXO-From EXO Planet #1-The Lost Planet will be the first exclusively solo concerts for the group. Tickets for the concert will be sold through GMarket at 8PM KST on April 16. The concerts will be held at the Seoul Olympics Gymnastics Stadium on May 24 and 25.

In addition to their upcoming release, EXO continues to receive awards for XOXO. The group was the recipient of the Album of the Year award for Korea at the 2nd Yin Yue Tai V-Chart Awards which were held on April 15. EXO was unable to attend the award ceremony due to their showcase and surrounding activities in Korea. The award, however, is another testimony to the unyielding juggernaut that the group has become.

EXO continues to delight the hearts of fans, even during their solo activities. EXO member Chanyeol will soon display his bright aegyo on the reality program Roommates. The show will premier on April 20 with Chanyeol's character card hinting at many scenes of the proclaimed "newborn baby chef". Perhaps, Chanyeol needs to stick to performing and stay out of the kitchen.

EXO will also participate in an upcoming session of Ask In A Box for 1theK. Questions will be collected by April 16, with trending topics which pertain to their lack of official fan club and the reaction of the group to their upcoming album.  EXO continues to be one of the hottest groups in K-Pop, with fans eager for the April 21 release of their second mini album.
