According to the official "Hello Counselor" homepage on the 20th, they have cancelled the recording. They announced, "We thank the many people who love 'Hello Counselor'. As the news is reporting day after day, the entire nation is in deep sorrow due to the Sewol ferry sinking accident."

They continued, "We at 'Hello Counselor' also share our deepest condolences, and are met with the inevitable cancellation of the recording. We please ask for your understanding."

They also stated, "We express our heartfelt condolences to all the families that have lost loved ones, and we desperately look forward to hearing good news of swift rescue efforts," and wished for the safe return of the missing persons.
