Singer Hong Jin Young reached level 11 on "1 Vs 100.'"

Hong Jin Young appeared on the March 29th broadcast of KBS2's "1 Vs 100" and solved quizzes with 100 challengers. She beat level 10 triumphantly. In the last stage against number 37 challenger, she had a one on one battle, a first since Tony An's attempt several years ago. Announcer Han Suk Joon announced her amazing skills."

Hong Jin Young's level 11 question asked about the term for speaking impolitely. The answer as A but she chose C, and got the question incorrect.

It's interesting to know that Hong Jin Young got her PhD in International Trade at Chosun University in 2012. At the time she said, "I wrote a paper on Hallyu contents and overseas Korean exports. My parents said they would send me to Seoul if I received a scholarship, so with that one commitment to become a singer I studied hard."

After the quiz ended, Hong Jin Young said, "I never imagined I would come this far. I had a great time talking and laughing with you all."
