Since her separation from husband Orlando Bloom, Miranda Kerr has been linked to several men all reportedly vying for her attention. Recently, Miranda Kerr's boyfriend James Packer allegedly got involved in a brawl with his best friend, David Gyngell.

Although Miranda Kerr's boyfriend James Packer has not confirmed his relationship with his fellow Australian, authorities reportedly went to a luxurious beachside suburb in Sydney to investigate the brawl that took place.

The allegations were later proven when News Corp released several photos of the fight. The media outfit reportedly shelled out over $200,000 to have exclusive rights for the photo.

Deemed as Australia's third-richest man at 46 years old, Miranda Kerr's boyfriend James Packer is known for being a casino and resort mogul in Australia, Manila, and Macau. His best friend Gyngell, on the other hand, is currently Nine Entertainment's chief executive.

The two men have been with each other since high school and even stood as best men for each other's weddings. As per one eyewitness, Gyngell was furious that Packer ended his marriage with Erica Baxter.

Previously, it has been reported that Packer, Baxter, Kerr, and Bloom used to go on double dates. This fuelled speculations that Kerr and Packer might have indeed developed feelings for each other.

According to News Corp, everything started when Packer saw a Nine Entertainment television van parked outside his apartment. Thinking that it was there to stalk him and his affairs, Packer sent a fuming text message to Gyngell.

Nick Tokic, one of the media outfit's employees, claims that he merely brought the vehicle home for he would use it for an early work commitment on Monday morning. Unfortunately, he was residing near Packer which led to the accusation.

Was Miranda Kerr's boyfriend James Packer too careful from the glare of publicity? Regardless of the reason, the two men showed their gentlemen sides and released a joint statement.

"We have been friends for 35 years and still are. In that time, we have had our fair share of ups and downs," read the statement.
