EXO released new mini album Overdose, sweeping major music charts.

Released on May 7, EXO's "Overdose" took Melon, Olleh, Mnet.com, Genie, Soribada, Naver Music, Daum Music, and Monkey3. EXO-K's title song "Overdose" and other tracks "THUNDER", "Love, Love, Love", "Run", and EXO-M's Chinese version of the songs took #1-10 of music charts.

Melon suffered a system-wide lag due to too many fans logging on to the website at the same time, while the music video of "Overdose" reached 2,000,000 views on Youtube in a day.

The music video of "Overdose", released on SM Entertainment's official Youtube on the same day, became a giant hit.

Title song "Overdose" is a hip-hop and R&B-based urban dance song with a powerful beat. The song and performance was first revealed during EXO's comeback show held on April 15.

Meanwhile, EXO kicks off their promotions with Mnet's "M Countdown" airing on May 8.
