CNBLUE Jung Yong Hwa Will Sing For Korea Night At LA Dodger Stadium

FNC Entertainment has announced that CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa will sing "Aegukga",  the South Korean national anthem for the upcoming Korea Night event at the Los Angeles Dodger Stadium.

Los Angeles Dodger's player Ryu Hyun Jin will be at the game as expected and will be able to listen to the national anthem of his country playing in the states.

Ryu is reportedly close with the members of CNBLUE and chose "Ryu Can Do It," derived from the group's single "One Time", as his official theme song for the next season.

South Korea's first-ever U.S. Major League Baseball player, Park Chan-ho, will be attending the event as well, according to the Korea Herald.

As previously announced, miss A Suzy will be throwing the first pitch for the game.

Suzy is currently a spokesmodel for the MLB line with the Dodgers vs. Cincinnati Reds game, which will be an excellent opportunity for her to show off her pitching skills.

Suzy has appeared with Ryu Hyun Jin as part of her MLB endorsement campaign.

Previous participants in Los Angeles Dodgers Korea Night include Girls' Generation Taeyeon and Tiffany. Taeyeon sang the Korean National Anthem for the 2013 Korea Night, while Tiffany performed the "Star Spangled Banner."

In recent months, CNBLUE has been increasingly active in America, with the group performing at U.S. locations for their Blue Moon World Tour. CNBLUE also participated in the recent LA K-Pop Festival.

The Korea Night game will also present a chance for fans of Yong Hwa to see the singer performing solo in the United States.

The Korea Night game will be held on May 27 at 6:30 Pacific, with the Los Angeles Dodgers facing off against the Cincinnati Reds.

The evening will reportedly include a taekwondo performance as well as a raffle for plane tickets.
