Vivo Xshot Price, Specs: Chinese Phone Maker Unveils Cameraphone With 13MP Sony-made Shooter With Dual-Tone LED Flash, 8MP Front Cam Gets LED Flash As Well

Vivo Xshot price, specs: In the past, thinking of a phone that has a camera is pretty ridiculous. But then Nokia popularized it and became a trend that we still enjoy today. If you are looking for an Android phone with monster specs and is specially made to take high quality shots and videos, then you may want to check out Vivo's newest handset.

Dubbed as the Xshot, this super smartphone is promoted as a cameraphone, though its high-end specs certainly shouts that it is not just a device for taking pictures.

Running under its hood is a high-end Snapdragon 801 chipset, a quad-core CPU, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in memory. There is also a 'lower-end' version that gets a still top-notch Snapdragon 800 chipset, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

Whether you get the high-end version or the 'higher-end' edition, you still get a monster phone that will let you do whatever you please, and it would do such tasks with ease.

On the hardware side, both versions of the Vivo Xshot boast a 5.2-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution displays, LTE connectivity, a Maxim MAX97220 headphone amplifier, and Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box with Vivo's Funtouch OS UI on top.

So now we go to the phone's key features, its camera. The Vivo Xshot packs a 13MP primary camera that has been developed by Sony, which is known for its high-end DSLR's and digicams. There is a dual-LED flash with two-tone technology similar to the iPhone's. This sensor is also capable of shooting 4K resolution videos.

In front is a high-end 8MP shooter that also comes with its own LED flash. This means selfies and video calls in dark places would be a lot better.

With these amazing specs, it is still great that the Vivo Xshot (Snapdragon 800, 2GB edition, 16GB storage) costs only around $480, while the higher end model (Snapdragon 801, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage) is priced at around $560 in China.
