A new Killzone: Shadow Fall DLC arrived today!

Guerrilla Games just launched the new Killzone: Shadow Fall DLC which is a multiplayer map. Called the Canyon, this Killzone: Shadow Fall DLC is "situated deep within one of the Petrusite fissures scarring planet Helghan," as described on Killzone's official blog. Moreover, it is "all that remains of the once-stately palatial quarters in the city of Pyrrhus."

Furthermore, below is the description for The Canyon, the newest Killzone: Shadow Fall DLC available for gamers.

"Held in place by struts and bridges, this precariously balanced range of rock and crumbling infrastructure now serves a new purpose for the Helghast. Enormous mechanical pumps pierce the cityscape, syphoning the Petrusite that seeps up from the fissure to the surrounding mining spires."

This freshly-released DLC for the PS4-exclusive first-person shooting game also brings in a new gameplay element to the multiplayer mode, which is "gravity wells." The official blog post explains, "Consisting of anomalous spaces where the planet's gravity field is severely distorted, these wells allow players to 'fall' upwards to quickly reach different areas."

The latest Killzone: Shadow Fall DLC is for free and it is the third map to be released by Guerilla Games. The first two multiplayer maps were Hanger and Cruiser, which were launched in March.

Moreover, Guerilla Games is about to announce something new this week. A tweet was posted by the official account of Guerilla Games, accompanied by a Vine video which seems to feature a jetpack.
