iPhone 6 Rumors: New Apple Phone Will Only Have Single LED Flash, Will It Do Well Against The Big Android Competition?

iPhone 6 rumors: Counting the weeks before the WWDC event of Apple in June, a lot of people are wondering whether the next iPhone would make its debut at that press event. Well, the Cupertino has been keeping its mouth shut since the iPads were launched last year, and it looks like it would stay that way until another device is set for announcement soon.

But even before the iPhone 6 is unveiled, a number of dummy iPhone 6 have been appearing in news and videos all over the Web. Now, it looks like Vietnamese local phone store Apple8 managed to get their hands in one.

A report from GSM Arena posted the images which could be how the iPhone 6 would look like:

Based on the images, which reportedly accurately considered all the specs and dimensions leaked in various publications, the iPhone 6 would only get a single LED flash, unlike previous generations.

Does that mean Apple has finally abandoned its True Tone dual-LED flash? Or is this just a flaw on the part of the dummy phone's designers and makers?

We also get to see the curved corners and edges of the iPhone 6 as well, which we have already noticed in previous iPhone 6 renders. This means the upcoming Apple smartphone would be much easier to hold and manage even with one hand as it can easily 'slide' its way.

Previous reports have been claiming that the new iPhone would get a 4.7-inch display, while another version would pack a 5.5-inch screen. The question now is this: is Apple ready to directly take on the Android heavyweights in the market?

Samsung, Sony, LG, HTC and all other emerging Android OEMs have been manufacturing huge smartphones for a couple of years already and we can say that they already know what they are doing. With Apple's first try beyond 4 inches and possibly even higher than 5 inches of screen estate, can it stand a chance?

As long as Apple keeps a long-lasting battery, while managing to squeeze as much power and features as possible, Apple should have no problems dealing with 'bigger' competition.
