The release date for the first Titanfall DLC has been set!

Fans looking forward for the announcement of Titanfall DLC release date don't have to wait anymore! According to a Twitter post from Respawn Entertainment, The Expedition DLC for Titanfall is coming this May 15 on PC and Xbox One.

According to Cinemablend, the Expedition DLC pack for Titanfall will bring in 3 new maps for the mech and parkour shooter. Particularly, these maps are Swampland, Runoff, and War Games.

Swampland, the map set in wilderness, is a "large marsh with huge trees that can be used by Pilots to quickly traverse the environment."

War Games is a man-made environment where two teams fight for control of a virtual reality simulator.

Lastly, as described on IGN, "Runoff is compact and features multiple levels in an industrial setting."

There will be three Titanfall DLC packs set for the game, and one of which is the upcoming Expedition. Each of the Titanfall DLC will be available for $9.99 but a Season Pass can be purchased for $24.99 to get instant access to all the expansion packs as they arrive.

Moreover, Respawn is also planning to release updates offering free contents for Titanfall, which include burn cards, new features and a lot more.

The Titanfall DLC, Expedition, as well as the game itself is set to arrive on Xbox 360 later. Fans can expect it to be available at somepoint this June 2014.
