Minecraft PS4, Xbox One release date is expected to happen soon this year.

Mojang has recently revealed the potential Minecraft PS4, Xbox One release date. Answering an inquiry by a fan on one of the posts on US PS Blog, Owen Hill shared that the company is planning Q2 or Q3 of 2014 as the possible Minecraft PS4, Xbox One and PS Vita release date.

Aside from Minecraft PS4, Xbox One release date, fans of the game also want to know about the features of the new console versions of the game. And to give and update to ardent fans waiting for Minecraft PS4 and Xbox One editions, 4J Studios recently released screenshots for the upcoming versions.

4J Studios is the game developer responsible for the PS4 and Xbox One port of Minecraft. Via Twitter, the company unveiled screenshots of the game to showcase the "the view distance increase [it's] currently working on," as cited on Gamespot.

Previously, 4J Studios also stated that the Minecraft PS4, Xbox One will not have infinite world because of save limits, as reported on Segment Next. Moreover, another new feature mentioned is that the touchpad of the DualShock 4 can be used by players to navigate.
