Top Android Games 2014: Flappy Bird Will Make A Triumphant Return In August Says Developer, Would Be 'Less Addictive', Will Support Multiplayer Mode

Top Android games 2014: Were you one of the millions of people who loved Flappy Bird so much that you start to hate the game, your phone, yourself and everyone else? Well, that's how the game became popular in the first place. It will take you to your limits, and then the next time you play the game, you would push harder to go beyond those limits.

It was cool, and its Vietnamese developer Dong Nguyen should be very happy with what he has accomplished. And by the way, back then he earns about $50,000 a day.

Unfortunately, we and everyone else were wrong. Nguyen did not like 'too much attention' and so he decided to take down the game from the Play Store and App Store.

However, good things come to those who wait. And in a recent report by CNBC, Dong Nguyen said in an interview that he will bring back the much loved (and hated) bird back to App Store. Though the report did not specifically mentioned Google's Play Store, we assume that Nguyen will launch the game again for Android where it became a hit.

So what's going to be catch?

Well, according to the report, the game would be less addictive, but we do not know how Dong Nguyen would be able to do that without ruining the Android game's gameplay.

In addition, the report also mentioned that Flappy Bird will soon feature a multiplayer mode. This way, players would not be sick of themselves and would want to throw their phones away. Though, it could be slightly dangerous if a player wants to throw his friend away for beating him in the game.

As one of the top Android games in 2014, Flappy Bird deserves a second chance to fly again, and it will arrive in August.
