On May 20, 2NE1 premiered their music video for "Gotta Be You," and also introduced British model Ash Stymest to the K-pop fanbase.

The "Gotta Be You" music video reflects the lyrics of the song, about 2NE1 being in love with someone despite the man having given up on the relationship. According to Billboard, the music video draws influence from Roy Lichetenstein comic books, Andy Warhol's "Brillo Boxes," and other pop-art themes.

But since the premiere of the music video, Blackjacks are also talking about the handsome male subject in "Gotta Be You."

The man in question is 22-year-old Ash Stymest, an English model who has appeared on top magazine covers such as Vogue Hommes, and Dazed & Confused.

After the music video appeared on YouTube, 2NE1 leader CL uploaded a photo with her and Stymest on Instagram.

In February, CL drew attention by liking and commenting on a variety of Ash Stymest photos on Instagram, and now we know the explanation. Allegedly, Stymest agreed to take part in the music video because CL was a fan of his work.

"This is the third time CL is a fangirl on Instagram. From Johnny Depp to Mino to Ash Stymest. The girl has taste," tweeted a Blackjack on on February 18.

According to Yahoo News, Stymest was once married to model Maille Doyle, but is now divorced.
