Real Housewives Of Atlanta Phaedra Parks Husband Apollo Nida Pleads Guilty! [VIDEO] Looking At 30 Years In Jail For Stealing identities And Laundering More That $2.3 Million

Real Housewives Of Atlanta Phaedra Parks Husband Apollo Nida pleads guilty to fraud and awaits his sentencing until July 8th. Funny enough, July 8th is the same day as Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice receive their sentences for pleading guilty to fraud! Its a big day for the Housewives franchise adn we can not wait for these criminals to finally receive their punishments.  Phaedra, the Real Housewives of Atlanta southern bell, really knows how to pick a husband! Apollo has been telling people for months that he's absolutely not guilty but Phaedra Parks husband can no longer keep up his plethora of lies. Last night on Real Housewives Of Atlanta Men Tell All Apollo was contronted by Peter and Gregg about his fraud charges. Yet Apollo will never come clean telling the men, 'Ya know, at teh end of teh day it is what it is. It's for the courts to decide.' Nida is infuriating. How can you play coy and and plead guilty at the same time? Nida may spend time in jail yet AGAIN for committing fraud and then admitting his crimes. Apollo Nida previously spent two separate stints in the slammer and a third could crush the Phaedra whom has two little boys with Apollo. Apollo's partner, who was also charged with fraud alongside Apollo, has just received 5 years in jail. Apollo is being charged with fraud for allegations that he ran shady businesses that stole unsuspecting individuals' identities to be used on various loan applications and other purposes. On Real Housewives Of Atlanta, Nida comes off as a jerk to his wife Phaedra and Kenya Moore but the fraud charges are just disbicable.

Commiting fraud to the elders, when Nida is clearly in the limelight, is the dumbest thing Parks husband can do. Nida stole the identities of more than 50 people and laundered more than $2.3 million. Prosecutors say that Apollo, along with a few other criminals, also took out phony auto loans and created fake documents and websites to secure them. Apollo's partner, who was also charged with fraud alongside Apollo, has just received 5 years in jail. So Apollo is expecting to recieve way more years than his partner. The guilty plea deal included that Apollo needed to act in an "undercover investigative capacity" meaning Nida could be an informant for the feds. Basically the plea deal could have Nida acting as a snitch to anyone that co-conspired to the devious plan. Nida could be sentenced to a maximum 30 years in prison. The judge will sentence him sometime in July. Apollo Nida was previously convicted for racketeering and began serving his sentence July 28, 2004. He served nearly 5 years of his 18-year sentence before being paroled in May 2009.  Apollo ALSO served close to 5 months from December 29, 1998 to May 14, 1999 for theft by receiving stolen goods.

Sadly Apollo just admitted that he had a difficult childhood that included watching a family member die from a heroine overdose. But is a bad childhood any excuse to keep breaking the law, violating elders' social security benefits, and hiring another to go along with Apollo and his schemes? Nida knew he was on Real Housewives of Atlanta! What is with these Housewives stars? Are they trying to financially keep up with each other? Don't reality stars realize everything they do will be put under a microscope? If you're going to break the law, you shouldn't be on television for the world to stare at you, right? Didn't think that ever needed to be said, but Real Housewives Of New Jersey Teresa and Joe Giudice did the same thing and have gotten caught as well. Certainly being on a hit show like The Real Housewives of Atlanta gave Nida the platform to make money in legal ways! What about Apollo and Phaedra Parks doing thier workout video?! Was that not lucrative enough for Nida. But Apollo may not get as lucky as Teresa and Joe Giudice this time around looking at serious jail time.

What do you think will be in Apollo's future?
