Bethenny Frankel Jason hoppy Divorce Update: Bethenny reveals in court that she was living in an apartment with her ex, Jason Hoppy, that was totally unbearable. On Wednesday Bethenny Frankel arrived in court wearing a red skirt, a fitted white tank top with a black and white jacket. The talk show host looked gorgeous, but the words she used in court to describe living with ex Jason Hoppy after filing for divorce were downright ugly. Frankel and Hoppy publicly shared their lives on camera in Bethenny Ever After and Bethenny Getting Married, but when the cameras stopped rolling and the pair went back to real life, things were not working out and Frankel wrote Jason a letter saying she wanted a divorce. A divorce letter sounds a bit childish, but it defense of Bethenny, the letter was a mandatory way of ending their marriage according to the their prenuptial agreement. And that's where the House of Horrors post divorce begins. 

Bethenny told the courtroom just how excutiating it was sharing her space with Jason. Bethenny tried to get along with Jason for the sake of their daughter, but Hoppy would do anything in his power to make her life miserable. Frankel said in court, "The person I knew before that letter vanished. Every action during the day, it felt like, was being done to torture me. He would leave the house in shambles - dishes piled everywhere, garbage piled everywhere. He'd pee and poop and leave it in the toilet ... He would turn the television on as loud as he could and then put the remote in his backpack and leave with it."

The Real Housewives of New York city star also informed the courts that after filing for divorce, Jason and his father would walk around the house almost naked and steal food from the camera crews. Bethenny added all kinds of horrible things that Jason said and did after their divorce. She said he fed their daughter Bryn unhealthy food after Bethenny tried so hard to keep their daughter's diet impeccable with a "foundation" of "fruits and vegetables, and "legumes." "He said, 'You're dead to me. I want nothing to do with you. You think I want to be with you on the holidays? You're a piece of s--t. You're garbage. You have no idea what I've got on you,'" Frankel told the judge during the custody fight with Hoppy. Jason also mocked her age calling her 'gross' and 'disgusting.' 

Hoppy's lawyers painted a negative picture of his ex saying that Bryn was only 'a prop' for her success and that "Bethenny Frankel's priority is Bethenny Frankel."

The trial is scheduled to resume on June 11.
