‘Sin City: A Dame To Kill For’ Trailer [VIDEO] Was Eva Green Really Naked Under Her Sheer Dress? Catch A Glimpse Of The Controversial Scene Here!

"Sin City: A Dame to Kill For" has released its second trailer. The movie is the much awaited sequel to the 2005 hit movie.

One of the more controversial elements of the trailer was the recent buzz surrounding the movie poster that featured Eva Green in a sheer white dress. The poster was banned by the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA).

Eventually they released a poster that was approved, but the changes were very subtle.

Eva Green clarified that she was not actually naked in that scene, and it was all 'much ado about nothing.' But still it was free promotion for the film!

In the trailer, Eva Green seems to be wearing a similar dress. Check out whether Green was telling the truth-but if not, it's all good!

Details on the movie from Breathecast: "Director Robert Rodriguez's follow-up film focuses on "the town's most hard boiled citizens cross paths with some of its more notorious inhabitants," Rotten Tomatoes reported. The movie casts returning characters Jessica Alba (Nancy Callahan), Mickey Rourke (Marv), and Bruce Willis (John Hartigan) together with new roles by Eva Green (Ava Lord), and Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Johnny)."

While some characters are returning, they may actually experience an epiphany of sorts. Jessica Alba's character shifts from damsel in distress to dame out for revenge!

"'A Dame to Kill For' is based on Miller's comic book Just Another Saturday Night which depicts Johnny meet up with Nancy and Hartigan, after his release from prison. Also in Sin City 2, Alba's character undergoes emotional and personal transformation due to Hartigan's attempted suicide to protect her.

'She's out for revenge. She is sick of being treated - as she puts it - 'as a piece of a**," creator Miller told Entertainment Weekly. Rodriguez added, 'There's something about the way Sin City works that I thought would lend itself very well to 3-D because the images are so stripped down and abstract. You almost can see it better in 3-D. It'll be really cool."

"Sin City: A Dame to Kill For" will open on August 22, 2014.
