Kim Kardashian and Kanye West held their wedding in Florence, Italy, a few weeks ago amidst much media attention. Kim apparently stretched past where the media marks their territory to go under the knife.

The British magazine Look claims that  Kim Kardashian had "toe lipo" before the famed Kimye wedding so that her high heels would be more comfortable. Instead of plopping down the money to adjust the shoes, Kim dropped $5,000 to adjust her feet.

Cosmetic Surgeon Wendy Lewis told Look magazine "'Toe lipo, also nicknamed 'a Loub job', is a procedure to remove a small bit of fat so your toes can fit better into pointy stilettos without pinching. Cosmetic surgeons and podiatrists can use tiny instruments to remove a small amount of fat - typically from the big toes."

According to RadarOnline, Kim Kardashian looks like she is "aging in reverse" because of drastic plastic surgery. Dr. Anthony Youn, a renosowned plastic surgeon told RadarOnline "Kim has transformed over the past 8 years."

Dr. Youn, Kim has undergone a complete surgical overhaul.

Media outlets have been posting Kim Kardashian Plastic Surgery Before and After Pictures because they say Kim is addicted to her looks and loves plastic surgery.Kim Kardashian posted a Throwback Thursday picture to Instagram. It's not clear what time period exactly this pic is from. Kim didn't provide a date for the photo, but it was clearly taken several years ago. It looks like Kim Kardashian has a much slimmer nose in newer photos.

"I suspect that she may have had a rhinoplasty (nose job), as her nose looks thinner, shorter, and more refined now than it did in 2006. Her lips appear to be plumped with injectable filler such as Juvederm," Dr. Youn told RadarOnline.com. "I suspect that she's had multiple skin tightening treatments, like chemical peels and laser treatments. She may also be benefitting from filler injections in her cheeks, such as with the new Voluma."

In February, Kardashian took to Twitter to say "I'm seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt implants-injections. Using pics of me 15lbs skinnier (before I had my baby) comparing me to now! I still have weight to lose. Anyone who has had a baby knows how hard it is to lose weight (especially the last bit of weight) & your body totally changes! Making fun of me pregnant & making fun of me trying to lose weight now shame on you. I'm not perfect but I will never conform to your skinny standards sorry! Not me. And BTW I've lost a lot so far & I'm proud of that! Don't give young girls a complex!"
