All the songs in the album were composed and produced by Jung Joon Young himself; he explored his favorite type of music - the rock genre - without reservation.
Jung Joon Young also participated in the design and production of the album's concept, cover picture, and all other minor details regarding the album.
The concept of Jung Joon Young's new album is "dreaming adult". The artist carried his hopes that all people would dream like Peter Pan. Writing music based on his own thoughts and experiences, the music is strikingly honest and sincere.
CJ E&M staff stated: "The new album is Jung Joon Young's everything - his past, present, ad future. This album is truly by him and made for him. No detail has gone past Jung Joon Young."
A teaser image of the album was revealed with the announcement. In the picture, Jung Joon Young shows his carefree side with his mischievous expression.
Starting on June 19, Jung Joon Young plans to reveal all four teaser images, one a day.
Meanwhile, Jung Joon Young's new album TEENAGER will be released on June 26.
