Katy Perry is going political and her Roar has been heard all the way to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.  Katy Perry  socialized with former First Lady and rumored presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton over the weekend. Katy lent her support to Bill Clinton's wife. Perry promoted the release of Clinton's new memoir, Hard Choices and made a very special offer.

Katy Perry put a selfie with Hillary Clinton on Instagram with the caption: "I told @hillaryclinton that I would write her a 'theme' song if she needs it..."

Maybe Hillary Clinton will take Katy Perry up on her offer. In the meantime Hillary responded to Katy Perry offer by plugging her new book. As if there weren't already enough plugs too fill an entire Daily Show segment.

Clinton too to Twitter on Sunday, June 22, to say "@katyperry Well that's not a Hard Choice. You already did! Keep letting us hear you Roar."

Clinton has gone on ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox News and CNN in the last several weeks to promote

Hillary Clinton has yet to officially declare her candidacy for 2016.

Staples will join global pop music superstar Katy Perry continue to "Make Roar Happen" in Washington, D.C.  Staples announced 55 local classroom projects have been funded as part of Staples' $1 million donation to DonorsChoose.org.

Through the "Make Roar Happen" program, Katy Perry will help Staples raise awareness of how to help teachers with a $1 donation either in store or on Staples.com.
