Reports about iOS 7.1.2 release date continue to surface online.

As posted on Gotta Be Mobile, it is possible that the iOS 7.1.2 release date will happen as early as July. This is according to recent reports which also noted the possible features and enhancements included in the alleged mobile firmware update from Apple.

Allegedly, fans looking forward to the iOS 7.1.2 release date will be able to see a fix for the iMessage problem once the new firmware arrives. As described on the post, the iMessage issue "holds text messages hostage when sent to iPhone users that switch to Android."

9to5mac.com also mentioned that the iOS 7.1.2 update "could make it easier for users to disconnect their phone numbers from iMessage." However, there is no indication yet that this feature will be available once the iOS 7.1.2 release date happens.

Furthermore, the rumors about the imminent iOS 7.1.2 release date also mentioned that it will also likely to bring  infixes for another popular issue found on iOS 7.1.1, which is the email attachment encryption problem. iOS 7.1.2 might also address a bug which affects email downloads.
