The gaming industry continues to talk about Resident Evil 7 release date grapevines.

According to earlier Resident Evil 7 release date reports, the survival horror title might arrive in the market later at some point next year. Particularly, speculations suggest that the Resident Evil 7 release date might happen during the fall season of 2015.

But one of the confirmed details for the Resident Evil 7 is that it will be available for Sony's latest game console - the PS4. There are also reports hinting that Capcom's RE7 will be released for Nintendo Wii U and the Xbox One, Microsoft's newest gaming platform.

As explained on Air Herald, "it is common for Japanese media to only publicize the PS4 release in their mainstream press releases."

Moreover, a separate post on Air Herald noted Capcom is confident regarding the special effects featured in the upcoming Resident Evil 7. "We are developing the most dramatic and horrific special effects for our fans in this upcoming chapter," Capcom's media statement reads.

Previous Resident Evil 7 release date and updates also suggested that the forthcoming game is based on the storyline of the latest film installment titled "Resident Evil: Retribution."

Together with other Resident Evil 7 release date updates, scuttlebutts  pointed out that RE characters that will possibly have a comeback. The Fuse Joplin shared that Albert Wesker is already confirmed as one of the characters coming to Resident Evil 7.

Furthermore, Alice, the main character in Resident Evil film franchise is allegedly going to be part of the forthcoming film, as well. And further reports suggested that Milla Jovovich, the actress portraying the role of Alice will also voice the character in the game.
