Kate Middleton’s bff has spilled the beans on Duchess of Cambridge’s second child pregnancy. Again! Is the duchess pregant with twins this time? Jessica Hay revealed Kate’s first pregnancy weeks before the official confirmation and she couldn’t hold back the good news this time either. Looks like the Buckingham Palace wants to keep the news on the down low as the family gears up for baby Prince George’s first birthday celebrations on July 22.

Kate Middleton’s big mouthed friend told Australian magazine New Idea, "Kate's inner circle are buzzing with the news that she is pregnant. Potentially with twins!

"Kate's face is fuller like it was when she was first expecting George and she's been changing her hair, which could be to disguise the fullness.

"Whenever she's out in public she goes to great lengths to hold something over her tummy," Hay continued. "With George, they were forced to tell the world very early on that Kate was pregnant because she was rushed to the hospital with that awful hyperemesis gravidarum at around six or seven weeks."

Now she has the whole world buzzing with the news of Duchess of Cambridge’s second pregnancy!

Does this mean that Kate Middleton will go on her first solo royal tour while she’s pregnant? Last week, the reports confirmed that Kate MIddleton will embark on her first solo royal tour in September. She will travel to Malta to celebrate the country’s 50th anniversary.

But let’s face it. The duchess probably will have a horde of entourage whose sole purpose is to keep her comfortable.

A source told Us Magazine, “She's really nervous but excited about stepping out by herself”.

For right now, Kate Middleton has been busy gearing up for her first baby, Prince George’s first birthday on July 22. According to multiple publications, she has been cooking up ideas to make sure it’s a unique and unforgettable experience for the family.

Maybe Duchess of Cambridge will give subtle hints to George about his expectant sibling. Or siblings. There has been a rumor that she’s pregnant with twins. The more the merrier!

Prince George probably won’t remember anything from his own party. Oh well.
