'Great Doctor' Lee Min Ho Reveals His Pretty Boy Past

Lee Min Ho reveals his 'pretty boy' past.

On the Tuesday episode of SBS Mon/Tues drama "Great Doctor," we got a glimpse into Lee Min Ho's very decorative past. The episode depicted Choi Young (played by Lee Min Ho) and the traumatic events which created scars on his heart. This past is drastically different from the stoic warrior Choi Young that people have seen before.

On the upcoming fifth episode of "Great Doctor" to air on the 27th, they will once again depict Choi Young and his past that shows him as an innocent and excited young man that he used to be. This is the more playful side of Lee Min Ho's characters and it probably will make a big impression on the female viewers.

The small smiles that appear on his face, the ease with which he carries on his rookie training and his relationship wtih partners like Mae Hee (played by Kim Hyo Sun) are all evidence of the carefree past of Choi Young. It seems that he had romantic feelings for Mae Hee, who he was very keen on protecting and keeping safe.

The production company said, "This scene shows explicitly the kind of past that Choi Young hides away in his heart and we are getting ready to depict the event that shook him to his very core and made him the warrior that he is today."

So far, King Gongmin establishes Eun Soo (played by Kim Hee Sun) as the head doctor for the Korea dynasty in order to provoke Ki Chul (played by Yoo Oh Sung), who is threatening the king with his ambition and greed.
