EXO, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, FTISLAND And CNBLUE Members Attend Unveiling Of Gangnam's K-Pop Star Road

Several K-pop idols made an appearance at the unveiling of a new Gangnam hotspot.

K-Star Road, a new iconic location in Seoul’s Gangnam district, held its unveiling ceremony on March 12, and multiple K-pop stars attended the event. SM Entertainment and FNC were represented by Super Junior’s leader Leeteuk, EXO’s leader Suho, Girls’ Generation’s Yuri., FTISLAND’s Lee Jae jin and Choi Jong hoon, and CNBLUE’s Kang Min Hyuk and Lee Jung Shin.

The idols spoke at the event, and also helped with the ceremonially unveiling. Some of those in attendance shared pictures on social media.

Leeteuk shared several pictures on Instagram, including one with his and Girls’ Generation’s Yuri. Due to the Romanization of Korean, Leeteuk wrote the word “road” with an “l” in the comment.

FTISLAND’s leader Choi Jong Hoon and CNBLUE’s Lee Jung Shin shared photos of themselves wearing their outfits from the event.

 


According to Gangnam’s official website, K-Star Road aims to be a hot tourist spot.

“The K Star ROAD is the first project of the K ROADs, listing Hallyu stars’ favorite hangout spots and their management agencies located in Cheongdam-dong, Sinsa-dong and Nonhyeon-dong,” reads the website, listing popular Gangnam neighorhoods. “Walking along the K Star ROAD will be an interesting and invaluable experience of Gangnam tour.”
