On September 2, South Korean YouTuber Sojang uploaded a video alleging that Super Junior's Heechul and aespa's Winter might be dating. The YouTube presents evidence that indicate the two SM labelmates are a couple.
He explained that after NCT member Jeno's League of Legends account was discovered, all the usernames of SM Entertainment male artists that played with him were revealed. Soon after, internet users began investigating which usernames belong to which male idol.

The usernames of Super Junior's Eunhyuk, NCT's Taeyong, Haechan, and Taeil were revealed. However, there was one username that caught the most attention from internet users.

The username that garnered internet users' attention was "Kwangya President Kim Winter." This quickly ignited rumors that Heechul and Winter are dating.

This is because Heechul has been known to change his game usernames to include the name of female idols he is interested in. He previously did this with a past video game username, "Kimwangjjang Dumpling Ahn Sohee."
Sojang claimed that Heechul is known for widely expressing his feelings for female idols and ends up dating them. The prime example is TWICE's Momo. In the past, Heechul was open about his feelings for the TWICE member, and they ended up dating after.
