Shockingly, Koo Ha Ra of KARA was also captured in the same exact dress.

Girls' Generation Sunny is wearing the dress that seems like it hadn't been altered for her body. Maybe she was purposely wearing the dress in a lose-fit style for a more sophisticated look.

Koo Ha Ra of KARA however, seems to have had the dress altered to fit her perfectly. She had the waist tightened and the length of the dress shortened.
