Miley Cyrus VMAs 2013 Performance: Robin Thicke Says Miley Cyrus Twerked the VMA MTV VMAs Away From Him

Miley Cyrus VMAs 2013 Performance may never go away. It was just a mashup of a couple songs at an awards show that ended months ago and we're still hearing about it.  Maybe Robin Thicke just wants to take attention away from his Marvin Gaye plagiarism scandal. He already said it was Miley Cyrus who brought all that attention to him, now Robin Thick is saying Miley hijacked the MTV VMAs performance. 

Speculating that Robin Thicke is jealous of Miley, sources are saying that Thicke "believes Cyrus hijacked" the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards performance in August with her sexy twerking and tongue flapping and those foam fingers.

Us Weekly said Robin Thicke is still angry about Miley Cyrus' performance half a year ago. Thicke claims Miley "too far" when she groped him.

A source told Us Weekly "Robin is jealous Miley's career took off after that." Another insider told the gossip magazine that Robin Thicke "He thinks she hijacked the performance."

At the time of the Miley Cyrus VMAs 2013 performance, Robin was criticized for being "old enough to know better" and blamed Miley for the sexy performance, telling Oprah Winfrey "that's on her."  

A source told Us Weekly "Miley thinks Robin threw her under the bus." Chris Christie couldn't be reached for comment on the bus, which was reportedly caught in heavy GW Bridge traffic.

That's not how Thicke explained it to Vanity Fair in November. Thicke said "They told me [beforehand] that Miley's going to take her clothes off and dance around and she might bend over. Everybody knows who I am now because I let Miley Cyrus twerk in front of me on the MTV awards. I spent my whole career playing it safe, being a gentleman, never doing anything controversial."
