The second "JYP Nation" was officially announced at Wonder Girls solo concert held in three years after stepping away from activities in Korea.

Wonder Girls held their second solo concert "Wonder World Tour in Seoul 2012" in Korea since 2009 on July 7 at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium. As the group concluded their encore stage the girls stated, "We are sad to conclude our concert already. However there is "JYP Nation" that will take place next month on August 4. We wish to meet all of you there again."

"JYP Nation" is a joint concert that consists of all the artists housed under JYP Entertainment. The concert in December of 2010 drew in over 12,000 audiences concluding successfully. JYP Entertainment indicated earlier about "JYP Nation" this year during 2PM's concert in Budokan, Japan.

Wonder Girls marked their first solo concert in three years. To celebrate the occasion JYP Entertainment's Park Jin Young and many fellow label mates attended the concert such as JJ Project, 2PM, miss A, and San E.
