Robin Williams’ Daughter Zelda Deletes Her Twitter Account As She Receives Abusive Messages: Users Responsible Suspended By Twitter?

Robin Williams' daughter Zelda deleted her Twitter account after receiving abusive and hurtful messages about her father.

Before deleting the posts, Zelda appealed to her 169,000 followers to report the two users on Twitter who sent the image to her.

She said, "I'm shaking. I can't. Please. Twitter requires a link and I won't open it. Don't either. Please."

The image was revealed as fake which was altered digitally to look like Robin Williams.

The said Twitter account users responsible for were @PimpStory and @MrGoosebuster, who were suspended by the said social media networking site.

Later, Robin Williams' daughter deleted her Twitter account and said, "I'm sorry. I should've rise above. Deleting this from my devices for a good long time, maybe forever. Time will tell. Goodbye."

Then Zelda's followers on Twitter respond and expressed sentiment of support.

Furthermore, her Instagram account in which she paid tribute to her father Robin Williams, she posted a quote that says, "You - you alone will have the stars as no one else has them..In one of the stars I shall be living. In one of them I shall be laughing. And so it will be as if all the stars were laughing, when you look at the sky at night..You - only you - will have the stars that can laugh."

However Zelda posted on her Instagram account that she will be out for a bit while she still mourns her father's death.

Robin Williams' daughter Zelda released a statement with regards to the death of her father, "My family has always been private about our time spent together. It was our way of keeping one thing that was ours, with a man we shared with an entire world. But now that's gone and I feel stripped bare."

Williams commited suicide on Sunday night, the actor reportedly struggled with depression, addiction to alcohol and cocaine.
