Donovan Leitch and Libby Mintz are engaged, an Us Weekly report confirmed, two months after the former's wife filed for divorce.

British actor Donovan Leitch and actress Libby Mintz are engaged, shortly after Kirsty Hume, the former's wife of thirteen years filed for divorce.

According to a report by The Daily Mail, Leitch and Hume's divorce documents had only recently formalized their intentions of separating but had already called off their marriage three years ago. They have a ten-year-old daughter together.

Meanwhile, after the confirmation that "Camp Freddy" star Donovan Leitch and Libby Mintz are engaged, Entertainment Online reported that the couple are on some sort of hiatus, citing Leitch's tweet which said: "Away at the moment Lost in the Himalayas."

While people are abuzz about the couple's very recent engagement, some reports, including the article by The Daily Mail cited above, continue to probe Leitch's connection with ex-girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow, with whom he had been seen liplocking sometime earlier this year.

In another article by The Daily Mail, which was posted in March 2014, Leitch, son of music legend Donovan, spoke about the controversial kiss.

"I was just saying goodbye to her. It was purely innocent. We were sitting in the owner's box in front of 30,000 people with her two children right next to us. That isn't exactly the setting for a secret liasion," the actor explained. "But the telephoto picture turned it into more. But it's her. Her life is constantly under surveillance. Gwyneth and I have always been close... I consider her to be one of my closest friends. We have tons of great friends in common."

According to his IMDb profile, Leitch he has worked in different television and film projects including "Grey's Anatomy," "Sex and the City" and "21 Jump Street."

Mintz has appeared on shows like "CSI" and "Modern Family."
