Is Maria Sharapova and her boyfriend Grigor Dimitrov having relationship troubles? It seems like they have unfollowed each other on Twitter (on which they had a very vibrant social media back-and-forth) and have been spending the days leading up to the US Open 2014 apart. Some say that Maria Sharapova was too busy with her business ventures like Sugergoop and Sugarpova to have any fun, but could it be that their relationship is heading towards a break up?

According to Tennis World USA, “the pair have unfollowed each other on the micro-blogging site Twitter, which could be an indication that their relationship maybe going through a rough patch.”

Yikes. Unfollowing someone on Twitter is never a good sign.

Meanwhile, she has bombarded her Twitter with Supergoop and Sugarpova advertisements, as well as endorsements from her sponsor. She released a new night outfit for the US Open 2014:

According to the previous article, Grigor Dimitrov have been sending all the positive signals, pushing his girlfriend to consider playing mixed doubles with him and telling her that he will definitely take her to the Disneyland again.

During Nike’s chat session, the 23-year-old Bulgarian went on to reveal a lot more for this die-hard fans. When a fan named Dermot asked Grigor, “If you could play doubles and mixed doubles with any player, who would be your two picks? #askGrigor”, the Bulgarian replied, “I'd play with John McEnroe and @MariaSharapova.”

He has also said during other press conferences that it would be fun to play mixed doubles with his girlfriend.

However Maria Sharapova wasn’t so keen on the idea. According to TennisEarth, she said, “I would only play with John McEnroe! Can we bring him back to play with me?”

She also added, “John could bring out my wild side (laughing). I don't know how that side of me acts or looks like, it could be scary”.

Guess her 23-year-old boyfriend Grigor Dimitrov doesn’t bring out the her wild side. That’s a dig.

The couple are both present in New York for the US Open 2014. Sharapova, 27, is ranked world number five and her boyfriend is slotted in at world number eight.
