Eminem’s “Shady XV” Album To Be Released On Black Friday: Rapper Announces Double CD New Single "Guts Over Fear" Featuring Sia And Greatest Hits After Taking The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge With Rihanna

Guess who's back? Eminem announced on Sunday that his new album, "Shady XV" will not only be released on Black Friday, Nov. 24, 2014, but will also be a double album.

The two-CD compilation will reportedly consist of an album of new tracks accompanied by a new greatest hits collection. According to Billboard, the new material will feature the work of Slaughterhouse, Bad Meets Evil, D-12, and Yelawolf, in addition to several guest artists.

Eminem revealed the details about his upcoming album, "Shady XV," on Twitter, posting:

The rapper's new single "Guts Over Fear" was released today (Aug. 25) and features Sia. The song was produced by Emile Haynie who won a Grammy for his work on Eminem's "Recovery" album.

"Guts Over Fear" is currently featured in the trailer for the Sony Pictures' film "The Equalizer," which will be released on September 26, 2014. The tune will also run through the closing credits of the film.

Billboard reports that Eminem hinted at the new album at his homecoming concert in Detroit over the weekend by wearing a T-shirt with the words "Shady XV" printed on it.

The T-shirt has since sold out on the rapper's official website.

The Detroit music star also made headlines this weekend for taking the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge on stage with tour mate Rihanna. After Eminem was challenged by Dr. Dre, The Monster Tour performer allperformers poured buckets of water over each other's heads as Michigan fans cheered.

"So I've got one more mother f***ing person I can challenge. Who do you think that might be?" Eminem teased as Rihanna prepped for the incoming ice water.

"Detroit, what you think? Should I do it?" Rihanna asked. The "Where Have You Been" singer was a good sport though and allowed several members of the tour to toss a pot of cold water over her head.

As for "Shady XV," the 2014 album will be the fifteenth released from Shady records, which Eminem founded with manager Paul Rosenberg 15 years ago.
