Kelly Clarkson is back in business. The new mom recently appeared on stage with Trisha Yearwood for her first concert performance since giving birth in June to baby River Rose Blackstock.

But when Clarkson posted a picture of the 3-month-old in a set of bedazzled headphones, fans really started talking.

"Got 2 sing with @TYcom tonight in Chicago & watched her and Garth as well! Amazing show! It was River's 1st concert!" Clarkson tweeted after joining Trisha Yearwood and her husband Garth Brooks on stage.

Brooks initially teased the crowd, telling his country-crooning wife, "You've got this cool new song coming out. It's with you and Kelly Clarkson." As fans cheered, Brooks added, "Hey! I'm going to be Kelly Clarkson tonight! I can sing better than Kelly Clarkson."

Clarkson promptly walked on to the stage, jokingly setting Brooks in his place.

The "American Idol" winner accompanied Yearwood in their new duet "PrizeFighter."

Yearwood later tweeted a heartfelt message to her pal.

But the real buzz surrounding the evening revolved around little River's sparkly headphones.

"So people keep talking about the headphones that River is wearing in the last pic I posted. My girl Lesley made them! PreciousMetalDesign.com," Clarkson wrote on Twitter, shortly after posting the photo of the baby's first concert.

According to the Precious Metal Design website, the company's clients include Clarkson, Def Leppard, Taylor Swift, Avril Lavigne, Guns-n-Roses, Mariah Carey, and more. Customers can have "everyday tools of the trade" transformed into "one-of-a-kind pieces of functioning artwork."

In addition to headphones, like baby River's girlie pink ones, the company creates pieces such as microphones, guitars, amplifiers, and drums.

It's no wonder that River's such a stylish infant though, considering she's got a rockstar for a mother.
