It's been a little under a year since the tragic death of Paul Walker. The 'Fast and the Furious' star was just 40 years old when he shockingly passed away in a car accident on Nov. 30, 2013.

However, family and friends of the actor are remembering him today (Sept. 12) on what would have been his 41^st birthday.

"Happy birthday, I love you," wrote Paul's daughter Meadow on Instagram, alongside a sweet picture of the late film star holding her as a little girl.

15-year-old Meadow was Walker's only child. He shared her former girlfriend Rebecca Soteros.

Paul's younger brother Cody posted a heartfelt message to his Facebook account.

"To my oldest brother, Paul Walker on his birthday:

This day is a bittersweet one. Today I'm reminded how much I miss you. But at the same time, this day is also a reminder of how many years of memories, adventures, lessons and love I was lucky enough to share with you. Today is a celebration of all of those years.

I always knew you were a pretty awesome brother, but these last months have shown me how awesome of an example you were for the entire world. Thank you for always and for continuing to be the best role model a brother could ask for.

Happy Birthday, bro. I love and miss you."

Also celebrating Walker's life were his "Fast and Furious" co-stars.

Ludacris took to Instagam, posting a photo of his late friend working with a child in need.

"Happy Bday to an Angel today @paulwalker," Ludacris wrote.

Jordana Brewster posted a beautiful photo of what appears to be an early sunrise in Walker's honor.

"#HappyBirthdayPW #ROWW Always in our hearts," Brewster captioned the photo. She also revealed on Facebook that she had donated to Reach Out Worldwide, a charity founded by Walker, which provides aid to the victims of natural disasters.

The organization's Director of Operations, JD Dorfman, also shared a message in memory of Walker.

"Today, like everyday, the team at Reach Out WorldWide is working hard to continue Paul Walkers' dream and honor his legacy," Dorfman told E! News.

"We are eternally grateful for the continued support we receive that allows us to do what we do best-help others in their time of need. Happy Birthday Paul, we miss you."
