Happy Birthday Nick Jonas! The musician and actor turns 22 today (Sept. 16).

And in addition to celebrating his b-day in New York City, Jonas also took the opportunity to launch the music video for his new single "Jealous."

"#ThenAndNow," Jonas captioned a photo of himself that he shared on Instagram. The cute mash-up features a photo of him as a small child next to a shot of his 22-year-old self.

The star celebrated his birthday in New York City while promoting his upcoming self-titled album.

As Jonas turns the ripe old age of 22, he is also releasing new material for his fans, premiering the new music video for his single "Jealous."  

The star held a public event at the South Street Seaport in New York to launch the music video.

But Nick didn't let work keep him from having a little fun on his big day.

His older brother Joe shared a peek at Nick's birthday party on Instagram with a video, which Nick reposted, of the festivities at Queen of the Night in NYC.

 "#Birthday celebrations #Repost from @joejonas --- Flip it... Happy Birthday @nickjonas. @queenofthenightnyc," he labeled the video.

Queen of the Night is an interactive entertainment experience in which guests enjoy what the gala calls " a fusion of dance, music, fashion, circus, culinary delights, theatre, and nightlife." The "ball," which is held by The Marchesa turns Manhattan hot spot Diamond Horseshoe inside the legendary Paramount Hotel into a whimsical event for partygoers. 

Earlier in the day, Joe also wished his younger brother a happy birthday via Instagram with an adorable pic.

"Happy Birthday to my main duder @nickjonas #keepsmiling," wrote Joe alongside the photo.

It sounds like Nick did indeed have a lot to smile about today.
