With the K-Pop boom that is currently happening, it is hard for all the new teams to be able to perform on stage. There are currently about 40 teams that are waiting in line to perform on stage.

Many rookie groups have trained for 2-3 years with the mindset that they will be able to perform once they debut. However, now there are too many artists debuting around the same time that it's hard to become known. Back in 2009, Girls' Generation and 2NE1's success gave hope to trainees at that time.

It is hard to stand on stage for more than 1 week in a row due to all the new groups that are out. Performing on music programs have become the most difficult part of these new artists.

Also, many top entertainment companies have brought back their top stars. These stars are categorized as the 'ending singers' where the most popular groups perform at the very end of the show such as SM with Super Junior and BoA, YG with Psy and 2NE1 and JYP with 2PM Wooyoung.

One boy group commented that it was harder to become known due to all the popular pop stars coming back and performing all on one stage.

"Music Bank" will be canceled on August 3 due to the London Olympics.
