Demi Lovato is engaged! Well, sort of.

During a concert on Saturday, the 22-year-old singer was asked a very important question but a very serious admirer.

After wrapping up a song during a show in Moline, Illinois, Lovato told her fans that she had recently seen a photograph of "the cutest little boy" who had announced that he had a ring for the "Give Your Heart a Break" crooner.

Lovato then invited the 5-year-old, named Grant, up to the stage so that he could carry out his proposal in person.

"I think since you're up here we should make it official," Lovato told the adorable boy, who had a green felt ring to offer. "But before you do it, do you know how to propose to somebody?"

After then starlet showed Grant how to get down on one knee, the boy confidently asked, "Demi, will you marry me?"

"I will!" exclaimed Lovato. "You put the ring on the right finger too! Thank you!"

"I love you so much and you are so sweet and I can't wait to see you at the wedding," Lovato beamed.

The crowd erupted in cheers for Grant's proposal.

"Well guys, we have big news tonight. I'm engaged! To a five-year-old!" the singer announced to her fans as Grant rejoined his parents off-stage. "My heart just melted," added Lovato. "That was the cutest thing ever. I wasn't expecting that tonight. I really wasn't."
