What happened last week on "Marry Me?" Recap with spoilers ahead!

According to Movie News Guide, "Previously on "Scary Me," (air date: Oct. 28, 2014), Annie (Casey Wilson) and Jake (Ken Marino) decided they will throw a Halloween party for the kids in their apartment building. This was partly because the couple thought that they were already over the rave parties that they used to attend and partly because Annie would like to prove to their neighbor, Julie, that she can throw fun parties that kids would actually enjoy, and that she's a fitting mother (should she become one in the future). Julie was this stuck-up soccer mom who lives in her building and who was a bit particular with how Halloween should be celebrated. But Annie and Jake defied Julie's rules and threw a bash that the kids really enjoyed, so much so that one of them didn't want to leave Annie's apartment anymore. Turned out, this young boy was actually Julie's son, and it only proved to her that even if Annie didn't have any children yet, she is capable of being a good mother. She had maternal instincts. Meanwhile, Dennah (Sarah Wright) also went to celebrate the holiday by going to the rave party dressed as slut but realized she wasn't having any fun. She also came across her ex-boyfriend whom she found out was actually gay. Gil (John Gemberling) and Kay (Tymberlee Hill), on the other hand, went trick-or-treating in a very boring neighborhood. But Gil chose this because it was the street where his ex-wife lived. Even if he's already divorced from her, he still would like to know how she was doing, especially around this holiday. She was doing great, though. She had a party at her house. Gil wanted Kay to get the Halloween bowl she was using to give candies out to the kids, but when he saw that his wife still cared for the bowl, he took that as a sign that she still cared for him despite their divorce."

Gil (John Gemberling) wows the group with his take-charge attitude, while Annie, Kay (Tymberlee Hill) and Dennah (Sarah Wright Olsen) become completely obsessed with finding out what Jake appears to be hiding in his desk," elaborates TV Equals.

Gil will take it upon himself to become the leader of the group, to make sure that no one gets hurt, no one panics or no one loses it during the storm. He will give the gang instructions for survival...Meanwhile, Annie and Kay will be preoccupied with finding out what is inside Jake's desk at the storage unit, because he seems to be keeping it a big secret," reports Movie News Guide.
