Psy's 'Gangnam Style' An International Syndrome!

Psy's music video of "Gangnam Style" has received almost 60 million views on YouTube becoming an international movement.

Last week, Psy landed in LAX to discuss a re-make of "Gangnam Style" in a collaboration project with the representatives of the international pop sensation Justin Bieber. It is the first time a Korean artist is receiving such an incredible amount of attention from the globe.

Psy has also placed number 1 on the iTunes music video chart not to mention his music video of "Gangnam Style" was featured on CNN, Wall Street Journal, TIMES Magazine, The Economist and many more international news sources. Psy's "Gangnam Style" is becoming an international syndrome and reminds the world of the song "Macarena" when everybody knew the lyrics and dance.

As a result of his popularity, Psy was able to appear on cable music programs during his visit to Los Angeles earlier this month. It has been reported that Psy's "Gangnam Style" can even be heard on the radio in the United States!

Justin Bieber debuted back in 2009 when received the "MTV Europe Music Award's Best Male Artist Award" last year and has been maintaining his global fame and popularity ever since he first debuted.

When Psy returned to Korea on August 25, he stated, "Nothing has been decided officially but I think there will be a lot of interesting things coming up in the future."

A representative from Psy's entertainment agency, YG Entertainment, revealed, "As soon as Psy completes his scheduled filming for endorsement deals, he will return to the United States probably around the beginning of September. At the moment we cannot release anything specific regarding his visit to the U.S. but it is definitely for 'good things' for sure."

In addition, there are many other international stars that are showing interest in working with Psy. T-Pain, for example, made a post on his personal Twitter page regarding his interest in working with Psy. Other international stars like Katy Perry, Josh Groban and Nelly Furtado have all expressed their love towards Psy's "Gangnam Style" music video.

During his visit to Los Angeles, Psy appeared in the morning music program called "Big Morning Buzz Live" on VH1 on August 10 to introduce "Gangnam Style" and speak about his horse riding dance.

Also, Psy's special appearance at the Los Angeles Dodgers Stadium made headlines after a significant number of people in the crowd of 50,000 people knew the song and began to do the horse riding dance. When Psy was shown on the big screen, people recognized him and cheered to show their support.
