Jessica Jung Performs With American Hip-Hop Artist Ja Rule During Recent Visit To Macao

Jessica Jung sang a duet with American rapper Ja Rule, during a recent visit to Macao. Her appearance in Macao (Macau) with Ja Rule was her first stage performance since her departure from Girls’ Generation on September 30.

On November 30, Jessica posted photos which featured her with Ja Rule, on her Weibo account. She posted a total of six photos to her account (@Sy_Jessica) along with the caption, “Many thanks to Reggie Martin and the Venetian Macau for a wonderful time! Rocking it with Ja and watching Manny do his usual winning thing: simply awesome!”

According to Korean media, including the news outlet Enews, the photos posted by Jessica are most likely from the fight-night event Clash in Cotai II. Clash in Cotai II was held at the Macao Venetian Hotel on November 23.

Ja Rule received acclaim in the early ‘00s for fluidly combining female R&B vocals with his solid rap flow. His hits include “Between Me and You” and “Put It On Me” from the 2000 album “Rule 3:36.”

Jessica officially halted promotional activities with Girls' Generation on September 30, after providing several allegations that she was being pushed out of the group by the other members. She maintained communication with fans through her Weibo account during the period of contention.

Jessica has recently made several high profile appearances, while traveling abroad, following her departure from Girls’ Generation. She continues to promote her clothing brand Blanc & Eclare.
