Watch Kirito Face Off Against An Original Opponent In New Trailer For 'Sword Art Online Lost Song' Playstation Game [VIDEO]

Although "Sword Art Online" season two has officially ended, fans will still be able to get plenty of action sequences featuring their favorite gamer Kirito in his elf form for ALO.

But no, it's not an official announcement about "Sword Art Online" season three.

An all new trailer for the "Sword Art Online Lost Song" video game, slated for the Playstation 3 and PS Vita platforms, is now streaming online. In this all new look at the game slated for release in March in Japan, fans can check out their favorite VRMMORPGer taking on an original character in a new fight. Fans also get to preview some other all new characters that will make appearances in the game.

So far reactions to the new trailer have been positive, most fans noticing certain details about dual wielding that seem interesting.

"Just based on the description, I'm interested in Kirito's dual wielding stalker," said Bobmonkeys on Crunchyroll.

"Dual wield for life!" exclaimed xAshh.

"This caught my attention alright," commented Rayray.

According to Crunchyroll, that character that is facing off with Kirito in "Sword Art Online Lost Song" is Sharvin Nanairo, a Russian VR genius that is the antithesis to Akihiko Kayaba in the original SAO Aincrad world. Sharvin, aka Seven, is the leader of the Shamrock guild.

It is also revealed that the game contains another dual wielder other than Kirito named Rain. He also allegedly stalks Kirito and "is easily angered by being called a liar." The final original character previewed in the new trailer is Seven's bodyguard, Sumeragi, another member of the Shamrock guild.

Japanese website Dengeki Online released some promotional photos of the new characters, which fans can view below. Contrary to what one might assume, Rain is actually a female dual wielder.

Although no official plans for export have been announced, perhaps if sales do well "Sword Art Online Lost Song" will get a release in North America after its March 26, 2015 release date in Japan. Fans can check out the new trailer for the game below.
