Anime based around trading card games is nothing new, but in the case of "Yu-Gi-Oh!" the series came before the trading card game.

This is perhaps why the Duel Monster's rules in season one of "Yu-Gi-Oh" make no sense.

Nevertheless, while there's still a whole year to wait for the new "Yu-Gi-Oh" animated movie, fans can now watch every episode ever via several different streaming sites. Today it was announced that Netflix will add season two of the original "Yu-Gi-Oh!" series while Hulu and the official "Yu-Gi-Oh!" website continue to stream all seasons, excluding the currently airing spinoff series "Yu-Gi-Oh Arc-V."

Last month after it was revealed that there would be a new "Yu-Gi-Oh!" movie in 2016, 4K Media Inc.'s SVP Kristen Gray commented on the company's decision to make a new movie.

"We're thrilled to bring the Yu-Gi-Oh! characters back to theater screens for their enthusiastic fan base," said Gray (via ANN).

It looks like anyone who may not remember what happened in the original iteration of the series will have plenty of streaming sites to choose from to re-live the series.

According to Anime News Network, today it was announced that Netflix would begin streaming season two of the original "Yu-Gi-Oh!" series in United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland and the United States. Fans looking for the following versions of "Yu-Gi-Oh!" like "Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds" on Hulu and the official "Yu-Gi-Oh!" website.

Speaking of the official "Yu-Gi-Oh!" website, as of December 14 it is confirmed that Yugi and Kaiba will be the main characters of the next "Yu-Gi-Oh!" movie. Perhaps fans can expect another epic showdown between the pair, with likely some new cards that will likely be released alongside the movie.

Hulu describes the story of "Yu-Gi-Oh" as follows:

"Meet Yugi, an eager young freshman at Domino High School. Yugi and his best friends, Joey, Tristan, and Tea share a love of a cool new game that's sweeping the nation...Duel Monsters! In this card-battling game, players pit different mystical creatures against one another in action-packed, high intensity duels."
