Big Bang Holds Successful Concert in Manila for 'Alive GALAXY World Tour'

Big Bang held their concert in Manila yesterday.

K-Pop has been gradually growing in many countries and especially now with Psy's "Gangnam Style" going viral 3 months ago.

Many K-Pop concerts have been sold out due to the overwhelming popularity of K-Pop these days.

Big Bang opened the concert last night with an AVP of a spaceship, bringing down 5 capsules that had each of the members in it. The members were then revealed as they sang their intro, "Alive."

This was just the start to their energetic and powerful performance. They sang many of their hit songs such as "Bad Boy", "Blue", "Fantastic Baby", "Monster" and more.

The concert ended after 2 hours of amazing music and energy.

Although it was a week day and also a holiday in Manila, the arena was packed with people.

While some may think the ticket prices are expensive, the VIPs received what they paid for. They were able to see their favorite stars up close as well as elaborate concert designs and props. The members also spoke some Tagalog for their fans as well.

Big Bang plans to return to Manila again sometime in the future.
