After 2NE1's Lee "Chaerin" CL caught up with the Black Eyed Peas in America, the two popular groups' Filipino members also met up in Manila for a brief reunion after working together in 2010.

On Feb. 16, 2NE1 member Sandara Park uploaded a photo with Black Eyed Peas' apl.de.ap during her trip to the Philippines. Reportedly, Dara is visiting Manila for the Korean Medical Tourism Fair and this year's Korea Night.

"The Filipino members of [Black Eyed Peas] and [2NE1]," wrote Dara on Instagram. "It's so good to see you here in Manila."

According to Philstar, apl.de.ap recently stepped into the food business after collaborating with and opening the first Jollibee store in Dau, Pampanga on Feb. 6. Reportedly, the Black Eyed Peas rapper is also in the Phillipines for charity duties.

"I'm just returning back what I generously received in the past," said apl.de.ap to Gulf News.

"I had someone sponsor my education before and was eventually adopted; that led to my migration to the US. I owe a lot of who I am and what I have to the generosity of people who helped me in the past, and so I strongly believe it is my duty to help now and share my blessings with others. 

Meanwhile, the Black Eyed Peas is also slated to release a collaboration with 2NE1's CL.

On Feb. 4, CL uploaded two photos to Instagram. Each photo features a member of the Black Eyed Peas, including rappers will.i.am and Taboo. Given CL's hashtag used on her recent photo with the group, it appears she will appear on the Black Eyed Peas 20th anniversary album.

"We're going to have new music, we'll have a bunch of new experiences, [but] I don't want to call them albums," said will.i.am.

"We'll have experiences and a bunch of stuff to get the PEAbodies, and the folks that supported us, that got us to this point, all the support the love, the encouragement and listening to and sharing our music. We'll make music for them and just reflect on the initial dream we had in June, 1995."
